The FUTURE CANDY Innovation Loop is a holistic approach to innovation development for companies and institutions of all types, sizes, and industries. Consisting of INSPIRE, IDEATE, MAKE, and EVALUATE, the method stands for a continuous and interlocking process focused on the targeted and collaborative development of product/service, process, as well as business model innovation. INSPIRE takes management and employees alike on a journey into the (near) future and creates a crossing understanding about the world of tomorrow. After our lectures, trend reports, study trips and technology trainings, you will know which aspects of the digital transformation will particularly (affect)your company and how you should respond to these developments.
Inspired? Now it should be just sparkling with ideas! In the IDEATE phase, we work together on “unpleasant” questions and problems with the help of our formats and state-of-the-art creative methods. Whether with our proprietary method “Innovation Hacking” or the well-known innovation methods such as “Design Thinking”, “Ideation” or “Creative Prototyping” – we always work customer-centric and provide relevant input to develop concrete ideas for product/service, process and business model innovation in a collaborative process.
“Idea is nothing, execution is everything!”. Your workforce is inspired, the corporate culture begins to change, we have developed concrete ideas together. Now it goes to the implementation! In the MAKE phase, a project team, consisting of your employees and our experienced innovation developers, takes over the complete management of innovation projects. MAKE is the core phase of the FUTURE CANDY Innovation Loop and “materializes” thoughts, ideas and visions.
Innovation development is a continuous, iterative process. Without founded data analysis and corresponding derivations, no serious project progress can be guaranteed. In the EVALUATE phase, we test the jointly developed prototype or the correspondingly iterated minimum viable product directly in the user market, evaluate the data obtained, derive recommendations for action for the next evolutionary stage, and make it fit for the final launch. Once the EVALUATE phase is completed, the FUTURE CANDY Innovation Loop starts with the approach that matches the project status.

The FUTURE CANDY Innovation Flat is an innovation program that lasts three, six, or 12 months. We support and advise institutions and companies based on sound basic analysis in the definition and implementation of an innovation strategy as well as an associated process and implement innovation projects as an external sparring partner; from the idea via prototype and MVP to the tested, market-ready, and integration-ready end product. With the Innovation Flat, institutions and companies subscribe to an external innovation team with all the services of the Innovation Loop – at a fixed monthly flat rate.
After three months, the innovation strategy and the innovation process adapted to the structure are in place. The INSPIRE phase brings your employees “up to date” regarding future developments. In addition, the IDEATE phase generates several valid ideas.

After the second EVALUATE phase, in which the corresponding Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is tested by means of BETA-Go-Live, further iteration steps are developed deriving from this in a second IDEATE phase. In the subsequent MAKE and EVALUATE phases, the implementation of the MVP to a market-ready and integration-ready final product takes place.
