A finished application is not yet an operation. In AI implementation we take it to where it works: approved, connected, used in everyday work and mastered by the team.
We build, host and secure the tools ourselves, you just use them. And instead of ongoing SaaS fees, you only pay a usage fee.
How we work
From idea
to operation.
Six steps, from the scoping workshop to a system that runs in your everyday work.
In the scoping workshop on site we look at your processes and gather where AI can contribute. The result: an unfiltered long list of use cases.
The long list becomes a short list: scored by effort, impact and feasibility, and we say openly what isn't worth it.
The prioritized cases become the AI roadmap: order, responsibilities, budget and timeline. Afterwards you know what comes first and why.
We build the application, agent, automation or prototype, and connect it to your systems. Only in the real process does it show whether it holds up.
Rollout in operations: approvals, data protection, access and the step from the pilot team into daily use, supported and secured by us.
Your users learn to use the system safely and develop it further themselves. The goal is that you no longer need us.

AI consulting means delivering results. Education means your team can do it themselves afterwards. We offer both, just in different places.
A frontal live session, one to many: keynote, live build and action plan in one day, from 8 to 1,000 participants. In the end your team works with AI instead of talking about it.
