The Lumen is a portable device that measures metabolism from the CO2 concentration in your breath. From that reading the companion app works out whether the body is currently burning more fat or more carbohydrate and gives matching nutrition and fitness recommendations.
The device charges over USB-C and connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth. It is compatible with iOS and Android.
