Hacking Device by Flipper Zero

The ultimate all-round tool for security testing, device emulation and keyless entry control

One tool for many radio standards

The Flipper Zero is a compact multi-function device for security testing, emulating devices and controlling keyless entry systems. A display and buttons navigate a menu that opens up each of the radio modules.

It combines several radio technologies in one housing: a 125 kHz antenna for reading and emulating low-frequency RFID, a sub-GHz module for the 300–928 MHz range (gates, barriers, radio locks), a 13.56 MHz NFC module, an infrared transmitter and receiver, plus GPIO pins for hardware work. It also doubles as an iButton reader, BadUSB device and U2F security key.

Use cases

01
Penetration testing

Uses its radio scanner, infrared and NFC reader to uncover weaknesses in networks, access systems and electronic devices.

02
Keyless entry

Serves as a universal remote for RFID, NFC and infrared access systems and bundles several keys into one device.

03
Device emulation

Emulates different devices and protocols so products can be tested in various scenarios without physical hardware.
