Humanoid Robotics Concept Day
No video, no pitch: we bring six humanoid robots into your production hall and run them live through nine use cases. In a single day you see what these machines can do today - and where they fall short.
We introduce the six systems, their platforms and their controls in detail - and test them live with parts and boxes from your own company. Honestly, including the cases that don't work.
In the facilitated workshop we translate what you've seen into a longlist of possible use cases for your company - and select the core three to five use cases for the concept and roadmap.
The lineup
Four on legs, two on wheels - each with clear capabilities and honestly stated limits.

Already deployed in real factories: sorts parts, moves trays, assembles. Swaps its own battery in under 3 minutes.
One of the most expensive platforms in the set - a swap station and second battery belong in the package.

The finest handling in the lineup: bottles, vials, small parts. It learns new grips by being shown them.
Slow gait, not a mobility candidate. At 10–12 kg it hits its upper limit.

Sorts, picks, transports up to 5 kg and operates stations. Climbs stairs and gets back up on its own after a fall.
10–12 kg is the ceiling. At 1.32 m it's built compact - measure panel heights in advance.

Movement and interaction: runs, responds to voice commands and lasts up to 10 h. The battery swaps in 10 seconds.
3 kg per arm, built for stage and audience rather than the line. Gripping hands only in the Ultra version.

Same hands and eyes as the Walker S2, just on wheels. The direct "wheels instead of legs" comparison.
No stairs, no uneven floors. Around 150 kg - clarify floor load in advance.

Torque sensors in every arm joint: it feels how firmly it grips and assembles with sub-millimetre precision. Drives itself to the charging station.
Around 185 kg - the heaviest system in the set, clarify floor load in advance. No stairs, runtime approx. 4 h.
Not a rendering - fully calibrated at the robotics partner
Who can do what
Almost the whole field keeps up to 5 kg. Only the jump to 10–12 kg separates it - and that's exactly the limit we push live on site.
Recognise parts, grasp them, place them correctly - the basis of almost every logistics and manufacturing task.
Fine motor skills with bottles, vials and small parts - where precision decides scrap rates.
Material from A to B - the discipline almost the whole lineup masters today.
The load test: this is where the field splits, and we show it without gloss.
Pressing buttons, operating panels, loading workpieces - robots in your existing equipment.
Autonomously through the hall: obstacles, routes, stairs - legs versus wheels in direct comparison.
See, understand, react - how the systems respond to voice commands and their surroundings.
The Walker S2 swaps its own battery in under 3 minutes - continuous operation without a break.
The most important case: testing with parts, boxes and tasks from your own company.
How the Concept Day runs
Timing: Both core elements fit into a single day; a day and a half is the recommended option - that leaves time for discussion between the demo and the workshop. With arrival, setup and teardown, that adds up to two to three days on site in total.
What's included
Setup, all six robots, nine use cases, live demos, testing, workshop, concept and roadmap - at a fixed price.
Always included
Concept & roadmap
How many can take part
Setup, operation and teleoperation of the six systems, robot presentation and support throughout the live demos and tests.
FUTURE CANDY. Facilitation of the Scoping & Strategy workshop and preparation of the longlist.
Can program the robots on site and adapt them to your equipment, buttons and interfaces.
The entire Concept Day for one fixed package price - plus only VAT and travel and logistics costs as incurred. In a short phone call we agree on the date, scope and number of demo sessions.
