Three areas where we train your team: innovation capability, technology skills and future readiness, as an AI bootcamp, masterclass or training, on site or remote, 8 to 1,000 participants.

Each area is bookable on its own. (Concrete concepts, roadmaps & prototypes come from our Innovation Consulting.)
Our formats
Each format is bookable on its own, and every one shown here has already run exactly like this for a client.
A live session from the stage, one to many: 8 to 1,000 participants learn to use AI productively at the same time, built live, not explained.
Big Bang AI Festival →One group, one topic, one result: a facilitated work session where your team works on its own question, with a takeaway result.
AI Lab Dubai →Try out and make sense of new technologies yourselves: AI tools, humanoid robots, smart glasses, hands-on instead of slides.
FRoSTA at OMR Festival →Small, decentralized innovation cells inside the organization that test ideas on their own. Proven at, among others, the German armed forces.
25 Spark Cells for the German armed forces →AI Bootcamp – our flagship training
A live session from the stage, one to many, from eight to 1,000 participants at once. From prompting to vibe coding, what everyone follows in the room is built live up front: real, usable results instead of a theory paper.
AI trends and case examples that show what's already possible today, tailored to your industry and experience level.
Prompting techniques, a curated tool selection and vibe coding: it's built live up front, everyone sees every step and can follow along on their own laptop. 100% live, uncut.
Q&A, safe AI use in everyday work and a concrete action plan, so what's learned is put to use the very next working day.
Masterclass – working on your own topic
The masterclass is the counterpart to the bootcamp: no stage, but group work. A manageable group works for a day on exactly your question, facilitated, with method and with a result you keep using afterward.
Beforehand we clarify the concrete question with you: a process, a product, a use case. The sharper the topic, the more concrete the result.
Small groups work instead of listen: input in short doses, then hands-on with AI tools, sparring and interim presentations. We facilitate and challenge.
At the end there's no meeting minutes but a work result: a concept, a prototype, a ready-to-use workflow, plus clear next steps for implementation.
A frontal live session, one to many. Everyone in the company gets on the same page and knows what's possible with AI today. 8 to 1,000 participants.
Group work instead of a stage. A small group works on a concrete question and takes a finished result with them. Ideal for teams and leadership circles.
Why FUTURE CANDY
Our formats are built to be interactive. Participants work on real questions instead of just following presentations.
No off-the-shelf format. We adapt content, depth and language to each group's industry, prior knowledge and goal.
Workshops that keep working: with clear next steps, materials to carry on with and optional follow-up support.
Innovation as a capability
Innovation is not a project. It's a core capability that has to be built and maintained. We support companies in building internal innovation structures: from culture to processes, from tools to people, with experience from, among others, the Spark Cells program of the German armed forces.
