Pistor innovation journey to Munich
Getting to know innovative companies and inspiring people – that is why the Swiss company Pistor travelled to Munich. The aim of the trip was to gain new impulses for the future and discover best practices from various industries, with the exchange on trends and innovation at the centre, to drive forward forward-looking ideas together.

A two-day inspiration trip to Munich. There, participants gained exciting insights into start-ups, research institutions and corporates on topics such as robotics, new mobility, circular economy and business model innovation.
The inspiration trip began with a visit to RE-SHIRT, a start-up that has developed a reversible printing process. T-shirts can be printed for company events, for example, after which the print is washed off and the shirts are reused. Next came the Telekom Innovation Center, where we discussed AI and could test current VR/AR applications. At the end of the day we drove to Augsburg to visit the KUKA plant and get to know its innovation process. The next day started at Ottobahn. They are developing an emission-free, autonomous transport system in the form of a suspended railway running above road traffic. A visit to Celonis followed, where we gained insights into process mining. To close the trip we visited the Dynamic Innovation Campus Drinks & Food Tech to meet current start-ups from the food industry. An all-round varied programme that gave plenty of inspiration and, above all, was fun!
What stuck
in the end.
Away from their everyday work, participants got to know inspiring people, business models and processes. They could also try out current technologies live.
