NGO team building workshop
Regularly analysing team structures and solving existing problems is unavoidable in a fast-moving economy. That is why a non-governmental organisation came to our office for a one-day workshop.
The Challenge.

In a stressful, tightly scheduled working day there is often no time for developing the team internally and analysing the status quo.
The Solution.

The solution: a workshop in which current problems are gathered, analysed and then worked through together into methodical solutions.
In a full-day workshop, FUTURE CANDY supported an NGO in reviewing the current structures within a team and, using various methods such as the newspaper article of the future, working out new ideas and solutions for future collaboration. For inspiration beforehand they received a keynote on current trends such as AI, after which the interaction began with a warm-up. Three group sessions then followed in which shared solutions and first prototypes were developed.
