Heidelberg Materials AI masterclass with keynote
Our FUTURE CANDY team was a guest in Heidelberg at Heidelberg Materials, where we got to shape half a day of the Global Leadership Lab. The particular focus was on artificial intelligence and its fields of application.

For its Global Leadership Lab, Heidelberg Materials was looking for someone to provide impulses and help the company learn more about the use and possible applications of artificial intelligence.
The Solution.

Top executives were to be inspired and trained through targeted tasks within a workshop so that using AI can succeed. Our keynote on innovation, AI and further trend and future topics set the impulses first, after which participants could test and learn how to work with different AI applications themselves.
The multi-day Global Leadership Lab took place in Heidelberg at the beginning of June. Here, top executives of Heidelberg Materials from around the world come together to discuss strategic topics. On the first day, FUTURE CANDY was responsible for the topic of artificial intelligence. Roman Weishäupl first gave a keynote on artificial intelligence and other technologies relevant to the future. We then ran several AI masterclasses in which the top executives learned in groups how to work with various AI tools. The task was to solve a scenario or problem using different AI tools. The ideas developed were then pitched to the group. The FUTURE CANDY AI masterclass ended with a summary and closing tips on working with AI. Through our contribution, the top executives of Heidelberg Materials were offered a playful approach to working with AI. Many thanks for the project, we thoroughly enjoyed it!
What stuck
in the end.
Using various AI applications can support and relieve managers across a wide range of tasks. As long as the opportunities and risks of AI tools are understood and recognised, the potential of AI can unfold and the work can be improved.
