The Challenge.

The task
we faced.

The rapid development of virtual and mixed reality technologies in recent years makes it hard to keep an overview and to spot innovative applications for everyday business.

The Solution.

Was wir daraus
gemacht haben.

At the Digital Hero Day, FUTURE CANDY offered a new kind of entertainment with the NEX Playground plus a VR museum visualising the technological development of the last 10 years. Participants could also try the Meta Quest 3 and get to know practical applications.

Several stations at the Digital Hero Day offered both entertainment and deeper insights into technological development. NEX Playground – entertainment without controllers. FUTURE CANDY presented an innovative kind of entertainment that works without controllers or wearables. The interactive experience combined movement and fun to introduce participants playfully to the world of modern technology. VR museum – an overview of technological evolution. The "VR museum" station used nine headsets from 2015 to 2024 to show the development of VR hardware. Infographics illustrated the milestones of the last 10 years and allowed visitors to better understand the current state of VR and MR technologies and assess future trends. Meta Quest 3 – experiencing New Work. Participants had the opportunity to test the Meta Quest 3 with accessories. A dedicated application on the topic of New Work showed how several virtual screens can be operated simultaneously – a forward-looking capability that transforms conventional laptop working. Summary and outlook: with the Digital Hero Day, Haspa and FUTURE CANDY offered a unique insight into the development of virtual and mixed reality technologies. Participants could not only take inspiration from innovative applications but also test the newest devices live. We support you in making technological trends tangible and enriching your events with innovative solutions.

The payoff

What stuck
in the end.

Through the interactive stations, participants gained valuable insights into the progress of VR and MR technologies. At the same time they could take inspiration from new possible applications, particularly in the area of New Work.
