Engel Austria GmbH held the Mobility Days 2023 with the aim of giving its international guests an inspiring look at the mobility of the future. As part of this, our Managing Director Nick Sohnemann gave an inspiring keynote painting a vision of the mobility landscape to come.

The "FLY ME TO THE MOONSHOT" keynote
Engel Austria GmbH held the Mobility Days 2023 with the aim of giving its international guests an inspiring look at the mobility of the future. As part of this, our Managing Director Nick Sohnemann gave an inspiring keynote. His talk "Fly Me to the Moonshot" presented the audience – specialists, managing directors and interested guests from various countries – with a picture of what the mobility landscape of the 2020s and 2030s could look like. The presentation brought together technological progress, social developments and ecological requirements into a compelling picture of the future. He spoke about topics such as autonomous flying taxis, hyperloop systems and integrated mobility services. With his expertise and a touch of humour, he guided the audience through a world in which cities are seamlessly connected and mobility runs smoothly, while also taking a look at the mobility problems of 2023. After the event, Engel Austria GmbH invited guests to its plant in St. Valentin. In the impressive facility, participants gained unique insights and the chance for some closing networking.
