The Challenge.

Where we started.

What can a bank branch of the future look like? Which technologies does a branch of the future need? How can a visit to a bank branch be turned into a positive experience?

What we
did.

Through a lively atmosphere and various places to network and learn, the bank branch was developed as a place that stays in customers' minds as a positive experience. Among other things, TECH FLAT was used to equip the "Quarter of the Future" with the newest technologies and gadgets, which customers can experience on their own or in workshops.

Deutsche Bank's "Quarter of the Future" project in Berlin shows just how innovative a bank branch can be. Away from the dreary, boring trip to the bank. Towards a place you leave with a smile and good memories.

The "Quarter of the Future" concept was developed with exactly that goal. A place that can be used for workshops and networking events of all kinds alongside advisory meetings. Coming together and exchanging ideas with other customers takes first place here. This is supported, for example, by the café inside the branch. In the "Playground", the newest gadgets and technologies can be tested together. That gives customers a feel for what is already possible and what will shape the picture of a bank branch in future. Employees can use the space and the TECH FLAT technologies too. Whether for internal networking, training purposes or inspiration – the future can be experienced in this place today.

What it
achieved.

Customers can try out plenty of gadgets and experience the future today. They look forward to their appointment at the bank, stay longer and remember the visit positively. Bank employees are developed further by the technologies too.

We show you on a real use case what's possible today, from the first idea to a finished result.
