Bertelsmann Management Meeting 2022
500 international executives met for the Bertelsmann Management Meeting 2022 in Gütersloh. For two days, CEO Thomas Rabe and top management briefed them on the progress of the group strategy. As a special highlight, FUTURE CANDY brought in a hologram box for the first time, through which the executive board and top management greeted attendees up close, in three dimensions and life-size, at the entrance of the Gütersloh theater.

How can a novel technology be integrated into the event so that the 500-plus participants experience it in an entertaining way?

Installing a life-size "Holobox", plus recordings of greeting messages and entertaining video sequences from 20 top managers.
To give the participants of the Bertelsmann Management Meeting an exceptional and innovative welcome, the roughly two-meter-tall "Holobox" was placed in the entrance area of the Theater Gütersloh. A professional recording suite was then set up on site, with a high-resolution 4K camera, studio lighting and a white screen. Managers could step in front of the camera without any fuss and record an individual greeting, or playfully knock on the imaginary glass, wave, or "meet" as a pair inside the box. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/K7J5IRZvVaM
