AI lab in Dubai
The FUTURE CANDY team travelled to Dubai for an AI LAB with Heidelberg Materials Trading. For the second time, FUTURE CANDY got to shape half a day of their management meeting. The focus was entirely on artificial intelligence and its potential to have an effect in the shortest possible time.

Heidelberg Materials Trading was looking for an inspiring impulse for its management meeting, to learn more about the application and possibilities of artificial intelligence.

FUTURE CANDY inspired and trained participants with targeted tasks in a workshop. The day began with a keynote on innovation, AI and other future topics. AI masterclasses followed, in which participants learned to apply various AI tools themselves.
The multi-day management meeting in Dubai brought together employees from the offices in Singapore, Miami and Heidelberg to work creatively as a team, network and develop new ideas. On the first day, FUTURE CANDY took responsibility for the "AI Lab". Keynote by Roman Weishäupl: Roman inspired participants with a keynote on artificial intelligence and other forward-looking technologies such as humanoid robotics. AI masterclasses: in interactive workshops, FUTURE CANDY showed participants in group work how various AI tools can be applied in practice. The aim was to solve a concrete problem using AI tools alone. The ideas developed were then presented to the group. Summary & tips: to close the AI masterclass, FUTURE CANDY summarised the key insights and gave practical tips on how to use AI tools profitably in everyday work. What remains? Inspiration, practical skills and the courage to engage with new technologies. With the AI LAB, FUTURE CANDY showed participants that AI is not black magic but a powerful tool that can make work easier and create entirely new possibilities.
