Innovation trip to Munich

Meeting innovative companies and inspiring individuals – that’s what brought the Swiss company Pistor to Munich. The goal of the trip was to gain fresh inspiration for the future and discover best practices across various industries. The focus was on exchanging ideas around trends and innovation to drive forward visionary concepts together.

  3. Solution: A two-day inspiration trip to Munich. There, participants gained exciting insights into startups, research institutions, and corporates on topics such as robotics, new mobility, circular economy, and business model innovation.
  4. Value: Participants had the opportunity to meet inspiring people, business models, and processes beyond their daily work routine. They were also able to try out cutting-edge technologies firsthand.

Im Detail

The inspiration trip began with a visit to RE-SHIRT, a startup that has developed a reversible printing process. This allows T-shirts, for example for corporate events, to be printed, have the print later washed off, and be reused. Afterwards, we headed to the Telekom Innovation Center, where we exchanged ideas on AI and tested the latest VR/AR applications. The day concluded with a trip to Augsburg to tour KUKA Werk and learn about their innovation processes.

The next day kicked off at Ottobahn, a company developing an emission-free, autonomous transport system in the form of a suspended railway running above street traffic. This was followed by a visit to Celonis, where we gained insights into process mining. The final stop of the trip was the Dynamic Innovation Campus Drinks & Food Tech, where we met startups from the food and beverage industry. A truly diverse program that provided plenty of inspiration – and was, above all, great fun!
