AI-Masterclass & Keynote
Our FUTURE CANDY team visited Heidelberg at Heidelberg Materials. We had the opportunity to co-host half a day of the Global Leadership Lab. The special focus was on artificial intelligence and its areas of application.
- Date: June 9th 2024
- Challenge: Heidelberg Materials was seeking a source of inspiration for the Global Leadership Lab to learn more about the use and potential applications of artificial intelligence.
- Solution: Top executives were to be inspired and trained through targeted tasks within a workshop to ensure the successful adoption of AI. Through our keynote on innovation, AI, and other trend and future topics, as well as our AI masterclasses, we first provided valuable insights and then allowed participants to test and learn how to use various AI applications themselves.
- Added Value: The use of various AI applications can support and relieve executives in a wide range of tasks. Once the opportunities and risks of AI tools are understood and recognized, the potential of AI can be fully realized, leading to improved work processes.In early June, the multi-day Global Leadership Lab took place in Heidelberg. On the first day, FUTURE CANDY was responsible for the topic of “Artificial Intelligence.” Roman Weishäupl delivered a keynote on artificial intelligence and other future-relevant technologies. Following this, we conducted several AI masterclasses where the top executives, working in groups, learned how to use various AI tools. The task was to solve a scenario or challenge using these AI tools. Afterwards, the ideas developed were pitched to the entire group. The FUTURE CANDY AI masterclass concluded with a summary and final tips on how to work with AI. Thanks to our contribution, the top executives at Heidelberg Materials were provided with a playful approach to using AI. Thank you for the project, it was a great pleasure for us!

In early June, the multi-day Global Leadership Lab took place in Heidelberg. This event brought together top executives from Heidelberg Materials worldwide to discuss strategic topics.
