AI Masterclass
For an AI LAB our FUTURE CANDY team traveled all the way to Heidelberg Materials Trading in Dubai. For the second time we were able to shape half a day for one of their Management Meetings. The focus was on artificial intelligence and unfolding its power within a very short period of time.
- Period: Oktober, 17th 2024
- Challenge: Heidelberg Materials Trading was looking for an impulse for their Management Meeting to learn more about the use and possible applications of artificial intelligence.
- Solution: Managers shall be inspired and trained through targeted tasks within a workshop so that the use of AI can succeed. Our keynote on innovation, AI and other trend and future topics, as well as our AI masterclasses, first provided input and then enabled participants to test and learn how to use various AI applications themselves.
- Added Value: The use of various AI applications can support and relieve managers in a wide variety of tasks. If the opportunities and risks of AI tools are understood and recognized, the potential of AI can be unleashed, and work can be improved.
In Detail
The multi-day Management Meeting took place in Dubai where employees from the HM offices in Singapore, Miami and Heidelberg came together to create, connect and collaborate as a team.
On the first day, FUTURE CANDY was responsible for the “AI Lab”. First, Roman Weishäupl gave a keynote speech on artificial intelligence and other future-relevant technologies like humanoid robotics. We then held several AI masterclasses in which the participants learned how to use various AI tools in groups. The task was to solve a problem in the shortest possible time, achievable only through the use of AI tools. The ideas developed were then pitched to the plenum. The FUTURE CANDY AI masterclass ended with a summary and final tips on how to use AI.
