With its trend event โSimulated Sensesโ, Ferrero presented an innovative concept in which multi-sensory technologies appeal to the participants’ senses. FUTURE CANDY was on site and used interactive stations to demonstrate how such experiences can enrich marketing.

- Challenge: Multi-sensory experiences are becoming increasingly important to strengthen the bond between brand and customer. This raises the question of how such technologies can be meaningfully integrated into marketing strategies in order to create a sustainably impressive brand experience.
- Solution: Ferrero launched the โSimulated Sensesโ trend cafรฉ, where a wide range of multisensory technologies were presented in interactive workshops and presentations. FUTURE CANDY designed three themed stations that made it possible to experience the influence of sound, scent and haptic feedback.
- Added Value: Participants were able to directly experience the potential of multisensory technologies and take away concrete ideas for their own marketing and communication strategies.

- Hypersound – precision in sound marketing
This station showed how directed sound waves can be specifically aligned to create a โsound showerโ. This allows messages to be delivered to specific target groups without disturbing others – ideal for personalized marketing campaigns. - Aromajoin – the fragrance as a brand ambassador
Scent marketing was used to demonstrate how the targeted use of aromas can strengthen brand perception. Appropriate fragrances intensify emotional connections and give campaigns an additional dimension that touches customers deeply. - Woojer Vest – immersion through haptic feedback
The Woojer Vest was used to appeal to the sense of touch: Vibrations created an immersive experience that intensified emotions and connected participants to the brand on a new level.
